HASHGREED REFUNDS, VESTING, AND SECONDARY TRADING POLICY

1. OVERVIEW
This Refunds, Vesting, and Secondary Trading Policy governs investor contributions, token distribution, and secondary market trading for tokenization offerings conducted on the Hashgreed platform, developed and operated by Vinekross Technologies Limited.
2. INVESTOR CONTRIBUTIONS AND REFUND POLICY
- All investor contributions made during an ongoing tokenization offering are considered final and non-refundable once submitted.
- Refunds are allowed only if the specified soft cap or minimum target raise for the offering is not achieved within the designated offering period.
- In such cases, and in compliance with regulatory directives from the Nigerian Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Hashgreed shall refund investor contributions within five (5) to twenty (20) business days from the end of the offering period.
3. TOKEN DISTRIBUTION
- Following the successful completion of a tokenization offering that meets or exceeds its soft cap, tokens shall be immediately distributed to the participating investors' registered wallet addresses created on the Hashgreed platform.
- These tokens will reflect on the user's Hashgreed dashboard and associated wallet.
4. VESTING
Where applicable, vesting schedules or lock-up periods for specific tokenized offerings will be transparently disclosed in the offering documents and smart contract specifications. Users are expected to review these terms before participating in any offering.
5. SECONDARY TRADING POLICY
- After the successful distribution of tokens, secondary trading will be made available on the Hashgreed Decentralized Exchange (DEX) platform once regulatory clearance is granted for that particular offering.
- Prior to the activation of secondary trading on the Hashgreed DEX, investors may trade tokens via Over-The-Counter (OTC) mechanisms supported by Hashgreed or through a partnered OTC platform.
- All secondary market activities are subject to applicable regulatory approvals and compliance requirements.
6. COMPLIANCE AND UPDATES
This policy is subject to change in accordance with updates in regulatory guidance or changes in operational requirements. Continued use of the Hashgreed platform implies acceptance of the most recent version of this policy.
